KVJ Controversy: Posani slaps in the face !!

Every successful Telugu film in the recent times has its share of controversies and the recently released action adventure 'Krishnam Vande Jagadgurum' which has a mining mafia backdrop is no exception!

The strong buzz is that the role of film's villain 'Reddapa' who earned lakhs of crores through illegal mining has resemblance to that of former Karnataka minister Gali Janardhan Reddy.

Responding to the controversy in his style by posing a hard hitting question to the people of the state, Posani said, "I wish to ask a straight question to the people. Several sections of people have raised objections over few films in the recent past complaining that the content in them has hurt their sentiments. So, the filmmakers have chopped off the scenes which are said to be objectionable. Now my question is, why don't these people revolt against the politicians who were looting lakhs of crores public money? Does the people don't know who made their lives miserable? Does the T-JAC don't know who were responsible for current situation? Why don't they come forward to fight against the corrupted?."

It's really surprising that when the people stage protests complaining against a dialogue or a scene in the two-and-hour film, why don't they react in the same way when their money is being looted. Posani has a point here!
