The reports of Viswaroopam crossing Rs 100 crore mark came as a big relief for one of the Tollywood senior heroes. It's none other than Victory Venkatesh! The reason behind it is not because he owns a stake in the film, but he just wants to see Kamal Haasan happy.
Venkatesh opines it's scary to even think what would have happened if either the ban wasn't lifted or Viswaroopam failed to hit the right chord with the audience as Kamal has mortgaged all his properties for making it.
According to Venky, Most of the Tollywood and Kollywood stars have played it safe while investing but Kamal is an exception. "An actor like Kamal who was in the Industry for several years could have easily bought many properties, but he believes in paying back to the Industry. Creative genius like Kamal can't restrict his imagination due to money constraints. He is one actor India Cinema will be proud off!," states the Daggubati hero.
Good to see a senior hero coming forward in support of his Eenadu co-star and once again showed all actors are one. Well done Venky!
